Updated September 8, 2026. This notice covers the Memento TCG coming-soon website and messages sent to our contact address. Memento TCG is operated by Cross Cordosi in Buffalo, New York, United States.
The website introduces an app in development. It does not offer accounts, collection uploads, camera scanning, or purchases. The app will have its own privacy policy and terms before public release.
When you visit
Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website. Serving and protecting a page involves processing technical request information, such as your IP address, requested URL, browser information, and request time.
We have not added advertising, analytics scripts, tracking pixels, signup forms, or browser storage to this site. Hosting and security services may process request information as part of operating their infrastructure.

When you email us
If you contact support@mementotcg.com, we receive your email address, your message, and any name or attachments you include. We use that information to respond and handle your inquiry.
Our email is provided through Google Workspace. Email correspondence is kept in that mailbox; contacting us does not enroll you in a newsletter or waitlist.
Service providers and records
Cloudflare and Google Workspace process information to provide hosting, security, and email services. Processing may take place in the United States or other countries where these providers operate.
How long a record remains depends on the type of information and the provider’s service and backup practices. We do not promise immediate erasure of provider logs or backups. You can contact us about information in our correspondence with you.
Your questions and requests
For privacy questions or requests to access, correct, or delete information you have sent us, email support@mementotcg.com. We may need to verify that the information belongs to you before acting on a request.
We will update this notice if the website’s handling of information changes.
