Memento TCG
Terms of use.
A shared understanding for collecting and taking care of this community.
Effective date: September 11, 2026.
1. Memento and these terms
Memento TCG is operated by Cross Cordosi, 628 Ellicott Street, Buffalo, NY 14203, United States. Contact support@mementotcg.com.
These terms cover Memento's collecting and community services, including optional Memento Pro. The community rules below apply to content shared through Memento. Our Privacy Policy explains information handling.
2. Eligibility and account access
Memento is for collectors aged 13 or older in the United States and Canada. Under-13 access is blocked. Complete the age check and provide accurate information before ordinary account access. You must be able to enter the applicable agreement, with parent or guardian involvement where required by law.
At age 13, you need approval through Memento's parent process. Ages 14 and older have no parent settings in this flow. Parents must use their own sign-in and truthfully confirm adult status and parental authority. An Apple age range or agreement to these Terms does not replace parental approval or the separate processing choices in our Privacy Policy.
Parent withdrawal restricts ordinary account access and processing while preserving recovery, deletion and subscription management. It does not delete the account or cancel Apple billing. Contact support for genuine age corrections; do not bypass an age restriction or withdrawal.
The iPhone app requires an account and an internet connection. Sign in with Apple, Google or Discord, protect your sign-in credentials and contact support about suspected unauthorized access. Your collecting data and paid access belong to the correct Memento account; creating another account does not restore them.
3. Collecting records, recognition and estimates
Memento helps you organize cards, track collecting progress and share selected content. It does not execute card sales or trades, store physical cards or authenticate them.
Check recognition results, exact printings and copy details before saving. Recognition and catalog information can be wrong or incomplete. A scan or certification entry is not proof of authenticity or grading-company verification.
Prices are estimates in USD and may be delayed, unavailable or inaccurate. They are not appraisals, investment advice, offers to buy or guaranteed sale prices. A PSA 10 benchmark does not predict your card's grade. Digital-only cards have no physical valuation. Verify relevant information before making purchase or grading decisions.
4. Your content and sharing
You retain your rights in content you submit and are responsible for having permission to use and share it. Respect others' privacy and intellectual property. Owning a physical card does not give you rights to all related artwork.
Memento processes content to provide account, sync, display, recognition, sharing, moderation and support features. Camera processing and optional scanner diagnostics require separate choices; declining camera processing leaves manual search and adding available to eligible accounts.
New Rooms start private, with an explicit public choice during onboarding or in Settings. Private Rooms allow approved followers; existing followers retain access when a Room becomes private. Changing to public approves pending follow requests after confirmation. Names and handles remain searchable, and published collections have their own audience. Existing privacy choices are preserved. Review your sharing choices and the Privacy Policy.
Deleting a creator collection, or your account, removes that collection and active references to it. Other collectors retain their independent cards, history and accomplishments. Changing visibility cannot erase screenshots or other recipient copies.
5. Memento Pro and Apple billing
Pro is optional. Manual search, manual adding and following community collections remain Free. Following a community collection does not create an Apple charge.
US reference prices are $4.99 monthly or $39.99 annually, paid upfront, with no free trial. Both plans renew automatically unless canceled through Apple. Apple shows the applicable currency, price, taxes and billing terms before purchase and handles payment and renewal.
Manage or cancel through Apple subscriptions. Cancellation normally preserves verified access until the paid period ends. Signing out, uninstalling or deleting your Memento account does not cancel billing. Apple handles refund requests; approval is not guaranteed, and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Scans and Pro features
Free includes 20 successful camera recognitions per account-anniversary month. Pro includes 500 per monthly allowance period: each verified paid month for monthly plans, monthly periods anchored to the annual subscription start for annual plans, or account-anniversary months for complimentary-only Pro. Annual payment remains upfront. The app shows remaining scans and the next reset.
A usable recognition consumes one scan even if discarded. Failures and no-match results do not count; retries of the same completed request are not charged twice. Allowances cover inventory scans and Quick Search and do not roll over.
Main Binder and the oldest remaining Custom Binder are Free. Pro adds more Custom Binders, custom-collection authoring/publishing, premium Room backgrounds and a Pro badge.
When Pro ends, cards and history remain. Extra Binders are locked and removed from Room access; their cards remain in Main Binder. Private creator collections remain viewable without editing. Published creator collections remain available to subscribers as legacy/unmanaged collections. Unpublishing and deletion remain available. Premium Room backgrounds and the Pro badge end.
There is no billing grace period: failed renewal ends paid access at verified expiration unless another valid paid or complimentary source provides access. Complimentary Pro does not itself charge you or become a paid subscription. Support explains allowance dates and plan changes.
Restoring paid access
Use Restore Purchases in the Memento account that owns the purchase. Paid access is not automatically transferred between accounts.
After account deletion, support can review eligible remaining paid access within 30 days from accepted deletion. Recovery requires verification of the original linked sign-in identity and a current Apple purchase, approval for one new account, then Restore Purchases. It does not restore deleted collecting data or cancel Apple billing. See recovery instructions.
6. Community rules and enforcement
Do not harass, threaten, exploit children, post sexual or hateful material, impersonate others, expose private information, infringe rights, spam, submit fraudulent reports or bypass security and usage limits.
Report concerns or block collectors in the app, or contact support. Moderation can include warnings, content removal and suspension. Relevant moderation notices explain reasons. Contact support to request review; reversal is not guaranteed. Suspended collectors can still request account deletion. Suspension does not cancel Apple billing.
7. Service changes, availability and ending use
Internet or provider interruptions can affect access, scanning and pricing. Availability and third-party catalog coverage are not guaranteed. Use the app's retry and support options if it cannot connect.
You can stop using Memento or delete your account through Settings. The Privacy Policy explains deletion and retention. Manage Apple subscriptions separately.
Updates to these terms will show an effective date. Material service or subscription changes remain subject to applicable notice, consent and consumer-remedy requirements.
8. Third-party rights and legal protections
Card art, logos, Pokémon imagery, grader marks and third-party software belong to their respective rights holders. Their availability in Memento does not grant ownership or redistribution rights.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights, guarantees, remedies or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
